The fiber laser marking machine generates a high-energy continuous beam via its laser generator,enabling it to create durable marks on the surfaces of various materials. When the laser acts on the substrate,atoms in the ground state transition to a higher energy state. These high-energy atoms are unstable and quickly return to the ground state,releasing excess energy in the form of photons (quanta) during this process. Thelight energy is then converted into heat energycausing the surface material to vaporize–even before it has time to melt–thereby forming images and text.
